Let $X$ be a (Nonempty) Set and Index Set $A$ a Nonempty Directed Partial Ordering. Then Function $x_{\bullet}: A \to X$ is a Net. We often denote $x_{\bullet}$ as an indexed subset of $X$ in the form ${x_{\alpha}}_{\alpha \in A} \subset X$.
